Terms of Use

Any unauthorized use of any DallasPro Content violates such laws and this Terms of Use. Except as expressly provided herein or in a separate license agreement between you and DallasPro, DallasPro does not grant any express or implied permission to use the Site or any DallasPro Content.

 

LIMITED USE IMAGE LICENSE (Residential Photography)

Images and videos are the intellectual property of DallasPro. Copyright to all images produced for the Client will be held by DallasPro. All images and video bought in our packages come with a DallasPro Limited License;

  • Client/agent is given permission to use images & videos (via print, web or other media) owned by DallasPro for the sole purpose of selling/leasing the listed property.

  •  Use of images under this agreement is limited to licensee and expires when the listed property sells/leases, or upon the termination of the listing for the listed property with client/agent.

  • Usage is not granted to any third party. 

  • Image usage rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable and cannot be traded, bartered or sold.

PERPETUAL USE IMAGE LICENSE (Residential Photography)
In exchange for the licensing fee, a license is granted to Client for all images associated with the property. The Client is granted a “Perpetual Use” image license to use those images for marketing and promotional purposes in perpetuity. 

Usage is not granted to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, buyers or sellers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is given by DallasPro.  Image usage rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable and cannot be traded, bartered or sold.

COMMERCIAL USE LICENSE 

All commercial photography includes Commercial use licenses. This license offers images, illustrations and photos for commercial purposes. This license extends from web and digital to print use, and does not require the owner to be credited. Usage is not granted to any third party. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, buyers or sellers, is strictly prohibited unless prior written approval is given by DallasPro.  Image usage rights are non-exclusive, non-transferable and cannot be traded, bartered or sold.

COPYRIGHT NOTICE
The works of authorship contained in the DallasPro website, and all of its associated files may not, in whole or in part, be reproduced, published, distributed, performed, displayed, transmitted or incorporated in compilations or derivative works without the express written permission of DallasPro (including but not limited to reproduction on other web sites, distribution by electronic mail, or republication in a printed publication). Conversely, if you upload, post, or otherwise provide any work of authorship to any part of this website, you will be deemed to have granted DallasPro a non-revocable, worldwide, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, distribute, perform, display, transmit that work and to incorporate it in compilations or derivative works and you waive all rights of attribution and integrity.
